Great Italian food does not have to be reserved for special occasions. It can easily be enjoyed on a weeknight with these simple-to-execute recipes that are sure to please. Grab a friend or a date and pour a glass of Barbaresco, get out the red-checkered tablecloth and get ready for a feast! Please note ~ Participants will be divided up into groups based on the menu and number of students registered. You may end up working as a group of 2 or 4, depending on the size of the class. Soft Bread Rolls (panini al latte); Bow Tie Pasta with Marinated Mozzarella, Cherry Tomatoes & Basil (farfalle alla checca); Lemony Arugula & Red Onion Ribbon Salad (insalata di rughetta); Chicken Schnitzel (pollo alla Milanese); Cream Custard with Balsamic Strawberries (panna cotta con le fragole al balsamico)
